Current Clients : Please complete all form fields below and click submit to send your information to us. We will send you a return email to confirm your appointment. If we cannot confirm your appointment as requested, we will advise you either by return email or phone call.

All pets admitted MUST BE CURRENT ON THEIR PHYSICAL EXAM AND VACCINES. For your convenience, MANY of the vaccinations can be updated during your pets stay with us (Rabies vaccine, however, must be updated, PRIOR to being admitted).

Exams need to be scheduled separately from lodgings.

Pet Lodging requests are not confirmed until you receive a reply from us.

Please choose if this stay will be with our Pet Lodging staff, boarding in the kennel, or will be staying in Medical Boarding with the Veterinary Nurse team.

Medical Concerns

If so, enter pet name and issue (vomiting, diarrhea, itching, etc…). *Pets with a new medical issue should be seen by a Dr. prior to Pet Lodging*

Pet Lodging Packages

Please note: Packages must be bought prior to stay or upon admittance. Packages expire one year from purchase date and are not transferable. (For one pet only. Cannot be shared between pets.)

Bath Authorization

NOTE: All cats must be mildly sedated with Gabapentin, in order to be bathed.  If unable to administer Gabapentin orally, then will require tranquilization.  Unless medically necessary, most cats should not require bathing, as they groom themselves.
Discount baths will range from $30-$58 depending on the weight of your pet. Extra brushing, if deemed necessary based on your pet’s coat condition, will be an additional fee of $10-$40 for every extra 15 minutes required.
